The farm is operated by Malu Ros and her husband Ryan Cole. Both worked in Corporate America for many years, leading operations, training, and strategic project support for some of the worlds top companies. Malu is a Filipina who moved to the US in 2003 for work and returned home in 2024 to be closer to family and to give back to the community.

The farm is managed by her son and daughter-in-law, Don and Chrisby Del Rio, who have lived in Palawan, for many years.
​Ros Cole Farms is located in Malatgao in the city of Narra, the rice capital of Palawan.
